Boo to you! To get your Halloweek started right DJ Copper Stripper and John Hell have two hours of holiday-themed whoopidee-doo just for you. Not that guy though. You just give off a weird vibe. Go sit over there.
Yeah.
hmmmm
Ok then.
Halloween may be my second favorite holiday, and we've got the music to bring you all to yard. Some of what we share is genuinely scary, or at least creepy. I got creeped out, anyway; especially from "The Gift". That song just freaks me out. And it was my choice!
We had a fun night.
What's your plan for Halloween? You going out? Gonna have some fun? Hang with your kids? Go trick-or-treating? You got a costume?
I'm taking my little one out. I made his costume once again. He's newly obsessed with Pokemon. He's 9. He wanted me to make him a Mega Galade costume. I built him a train costume two years in a row. Lucky kid. He wants an even bigger costume next year. What did I get myself into?
I'm headed to Bottom of the Hill to see The Mummies, who I first saw in the late 80s at Pony Express Pizza in Redwood City. They are such a fun band to see live, and they don't perform as much as they used to. If you haven't heard the news, Bottom of the Hill has been purchased and will remain open. I'm thrilled for Lynn and Ramona. We're all hoping the new owner will be true to the spirit of the club, and continue to make it welcoming for new artist, and local and touring bands.
Check out our party time music below and tune in next Monday where we have absolutely no theme and no guests. We are hosting the 16th annual Annual Annual on Monday, November 9th, where the featured year will be 1967. This was Copper Stripper's choice and it's going to be a great one.
Don't forget to vote on Tuesday, November 3rd. Vote like the lives of the most vulnerable in your circle depend on it, because it does.
