Risk

There is no reward in life without risk.

You just have to know what it is that you're risking.

If you're risking something like embarrassment, well, I think you just to get over that.

I embarrass myself at least once a day.

I'm prone to it.

Therefore, I'm used to it.

Once you can get over yourself, you find that life is a jewel. Life is beautiful. Life is worth living. You can sit there, on your couch, for as long as you like, but life will pass you by. As a matter of fact, I'm of the strong belief that the longer you sit, the harder it is to get up. So GET UP! Start living. Start risking. You never know, you might just have a whole lot of fun.

Acting in good faith

I think no matter what you do in life, you need to act in the best faith possible. Put your compassion into it. Be the best listener you can be. Do not wait to talk. If you can honestly place yourself in the other person's shoes, and be as honest and compassionate as you can be, then no one can blame you for the outcome.

Daddy/Daughter Weekend

There is nothing better than having my daughter lay on my lap, smiling and laughing. It fills me with pure joy. Her words are the sweetest. Her humor is so fresh. Her smile is genuine.
