It's Spring Break, so that could only mean one thing: Little Lauson Hell is back in the studio with me tonight. What will the 10 year old radio phenom choose for her sets? Just see below (marked with an "L"). The music is a bit more mainstream at times, but there was no way I wasn't going to let her play what she likes. You knowathimean? She's a huge Simpson's fan these days, so there are a few treats thrown in there she thinks you'll enjoy. Humor the kid, OK? She'll be back in the summer...if she's good.

Really though, this was her fourth and BEST SHOW YET!!! I really think she has a knack for this radio thing. I wonder where she gets that from? She also has her very own YouTube channel.

Enjoy.

Oh lordy, I brought a lot of music with me tonight. Then I got to the second hour and blew my wad on a 45 minute Grateful Dead jam. It's absolutely AMAZING!!!!

The show starts out with some hip-shaking groove, that I know will get your toes tapping, as well as the aforementioned hips-a-shaking. I've got some brand new music from LA garage/psych rockers, WAND, and a deep cut from the new Moon Duo release as well. FYI, Moon Duo features Ripley Johnson from Wooden Shjips. If you like them, then you're going to like Moon Duo. It's pretty much the same idea. They're playing at Bottom of the Hill on Wednesday, March 25th. Hey, that's tomorrow night!!! Go see this show. It also features Once and Future Band, and Carlton Melton. I suggest you ingest some happiness pills, and dance your ass off. You'll probably need to take Thursday off.

The Grateful Dead segment was from a show 41 years ago Monday at the Cow Palace in Daly City. Interestingly enough the Dead also played a show the following year, in 1975, in Golden Gate Park. Take a look at the jam I chose for you. They only played this sequence three other times. All four were performed between late 1973 and early 1974. And it is blissful. The false start on "Playin'" is enough to get your groove on.

So it's groove, garage and Grateful for your night in Hell's Kitchen. That's enough to satisfy even the choosiest mothers.

Enjoy.

Damn, I hate not getting this to you sooner. So sorry for the delay. I'm a teacher, a parent, a husband, a musician, a son, a brother, a lover, a friend, a socialite, a blowhard, a bullshitter, a dancer, a prancer, a cowboy, a crooner, but NOT a Digi Douch-eoise.

Take a look at this playlist! Crazy spread of genres. Something for everyone. And the banter? Wow, I'm really up on my high-horse throughout the show. Who knows what the hell I'll be talking about tonight???

Enjoy.

A good mix of rock and jazz and metal and blues tonight. Just take a look at this playlist! I threw some requests in there, and even did a ticket giveaway.

Some new music from Older Sun (thanks Justin) and the Meatbodies; both on 7" vinyl.

The other night I watched "I'm Now", the Mudhoney documentary from 2010. I've always considered this band the most true to the "Seattle sound". I love their "fuck you" attitude.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Grateful Dead, how about a Pigpen classic? OK. This Lovelight is about 20 minutes in length, and is super tasty.

I'm sorry this is a week late. I'm on the air tonight. No guests, so that's more music for you!!!

Enjoy.

SEXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's how my guests got my attention tonight, and I'm a better man for it. Tora and JonJon from Tiger Honey Pot stopped in the studio tonight to share their amazing new release "Rock and Roll Sex Machine" and talk up their record release party, happening this Saturday night at Benders. The show is only $5, and they are GIVING THE CD AWAY AT THE SHOW!!!

This record is 100% ROCK AND ROLL (emphasis on the SEX). These two make a guitar/drums duo sound like a full on orgy, where the smiles, moaning and hip shaking never cease.

The whole show rocks tonight. They stuck around the entire time, and I had to pull out some show stoppers that hadn't heard before. I think you'll like it too.

Come out to the show. I'll be there. You can buy me a drink, and I'll shake my hips for ya.

Enjoy.
